Since leaving Wall Street, Melissa, a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, has kept herself busy both infront and behind the camera. She has appeared in episodes of Chappelle’s Show, Saturday Night Live and the NBC pilot NY70 as well as major films such as El Cantante. She is also the former host of Latin Beat, for which she hosted 3 seasons on BETj. In addition to acting, Melissa has also produced numerous independent films under her company Lion’esque Productions such as Spanglish Girls and Broken Hearts which premiered at major festivals including the Los Angeles International Film Festival.
