3 sets of 20 crunches each in 4 positions (no breaks). 1. laying flat, arms behind head w/ fingers locked on neck. (6 inch off ground). 2. pull knees to chest, arms still behind head 3. extend legs straight up in air so body …is in an L shape, lifting both your upper body & pressing your heels to the sky. 4. bend and open knees reach your finger tips through legs to touch feet w/ each crunch.
