Do 3 sets of 20 crunches each in the following 4 positions (do not take a break between positions).
1. laying flat, arms behind head with fingers locked on neck. 20 crunches… (lift no more than six inches off the ground).
2. pull knees to chest, arms still behind head, 20 more crunches.
3. extend legs straight up in the air so the body is in an L shape. 20 crunches lifting both your upper body and pressing your heels to the sky.
4. bend and open knees, 20 crunches reach your finger tips through your legs to touch your feet with each crunch. Work up till you can repeat this 4 position set a total of 3 times.
