How to Sprout Mung Beans & Add Them To Your Meal
1-Soak mung beans in quart sized mason jar over night.
2-mason jar costs $2.oo at any hardware store. Place cheese cloth and secure with rubber band.
3-drain water next morning leave out all day
4- In evening, rinse and drain.
5-next morning you should see a root, add to soup, salads or whatever you are eating. Enjoy! XO
