1. laying flat, arms behind head with fingers locked on neck. 20 crunches… (lift no more than six inches off the ground).<br />
2. pull knees to chest, arms still behind head, 20 more crunches.<br />
3. extend legs straight up in the air so the body is in an L shape. 20 crunches lifting both your upper body and pressing your heels to the sky.<br />
4. bend and open knees, 20 crunches reach your finger tips through your legs to touch your feet with each crunch. Work up till you can repeat this 4 position set a total of 3 times.</p>
