Watermelon is in Season, and is more than good enough to eat!!

WHAT U NEED for your Watermelon Toner:
1 cup watermelon chunks, 2 tbsp witch hazel, 2 tbsp distilled water

WHAT TO DO: GRAB A BIG PIECE TO EAT! Take the cup you put aside and Puree the watermelon chunks in a processor or blender. Strain the liquid and throw away the solids. Pour the strained liquid on the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Watermelon has astringent properties, sugar and vitamins A and B & its high water content makes it a great skin refresher! YUMMY and Refreshing Inside and Out!

A Natural Way to Whiten & Brighten Your Finger Nails with Lemon

-Squeeze lemon juice on bare nails or soak them in fresh lemon juice from real lemons.
- Soak for about twenty minutes.
- Alternatively you could also cut the lemon in half and put your fingers inside.

2010 KICK OFF to Makeover Mondays- Getting Even More Gorgeous for the new decade!

Who drinks bubbly without strawberries?! They are loaded with Vitamin C and malic acid, a natural astringent that removes discoloration from teeth.
Here are 2 more beauty uses for your left over berries:

1. Give Life To Your Hair: with a strawberry hair conditioning mask. Mash 6 strawberries and 1 tbsp. of Mayo together. Work the strawberry conditioner through, cover it with plastic wrap and top it with a warm towel, wait 10 mins, rinse.

2. Rejuvenate Dry Skin: Place 2/3 cup of sugar in a bowl and mash in 1 large/2 small strawberries. Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil. Massage the strawberry scrub into any dry areas (esp elbow and knees).

Toast your self to beautiful teeth, hair and skin! XOXO

Makeover Mondays with Jebel’s Argan Oil
Argan Oil – from a tree grown only in Morocco and is super rich in anti-aging anti-oxidants and Vitamin E

Uses:
To nourish & moisturize the face, apply a spare amount of argan oil after cleansing and allow time to thoroughly absorb before applying make-up. Apply to face and neck gently using circular motions to let penetrate into the skin.
For extremely dry patches of skin, apply oil to your body before taking your bath. Wait approximately 15 minutes, and then soak in a nice warm bath. You should feel the difference right away!
For night time use, apply argan oil after your evening cleansing regimen to enhance the skin rejuvenation process during rest. To treat acne outbreaks, apply a small drop to the affected area.
To eliminate cold sores, massage into the affected area, as soon as irritation occurs.
To strengthen soft, brittle nails, make a solution made up of equal parts argan oil and lemon juice. Soak your nails for 10 minutes.
To fortify dry, dull or brittle hair, use on hair as a mask, apply from root to tip, and leave on for at least 30 minutes. Shampoo and rinse.
Also for use as a soothing, reviving massage oil. As a natural anti-inflammatory, it soothes and relaxes all tired body parts. Because of its high level of omega fatty acids, argan oil is ideal for aching muscles, tired bodies and arthritic joints and to treat cases of rheumatoid.
