Update Leggings for Summer Heat

- These can cost over $30 in stores so try the style yourself with some of your own leggings or a cheap pair from a discount store
- Put your leggings on and use chalk to mark where you want your designs
- Use a scissor to cut either horizontal or circular holes
- Make the holes smaller than you think they should be since they will stretch out when you put them on
- Recommended with a simple long t-shirt/tunic hits below your bottom. Add a vest or blazer, and boots or ballet flats to complete the look.
