<p>How to Sprout Mung Beans &#038; Add Them To Your Meal<br />
1-Soak mung beans in quart sized mason jar over night.<br />
2-mason jar costs $2.oo at any hardware store. Place cheese cloth and secure with rubber band.<br />
3-drain water next morning leave out all day<br />
4- In evening, rinse and drain.<br />
5-next morning you should see a root, add to soup, salads or whatever you are eating. Enjoy! XO</p>
